A family of high performance, high resiliency foams designed to meet the needs of your customer's specific demands for consistency, longevity, comfort and support. Qualux® foams have been produced by Carpenter Co. for over 30 years, and have been the symbol of quality cushioning throughout the furniture industry. Over the years, Carpenter Co. has improved, and expanded the "family" to include lower density products with densities from 1.5 to 1.8 , to Qualux® Ultra foams which have minimum densities of 2.3-3.0. IFD ranges are available from 7-70 lbs.

All Qualux® foams are High Resilency in that they have minimum support factors of 2.4. Carpenter Co. facilities across the country produce varying grades of Qualux®, and Qualux® Ultra which are produced to meet the needs of our customers in specific geographical areas.
