Carpenter creates on-line training program: for retail sales people and showroom designers

April 08, 2011

We understand that we can make the finest products available that provide the greatest benefit to the consumer - Products that provide you a chance to significantly increase your bottom line - But if the consumer doesn’t buy them, who cares.

Carpenter invested a great deal to better understand what drives the consumer to make buying decisions.  We know that today over 90% of all home furnishing purchases are made or are heavily influenced by woman.  We understand that no one ever gets excited about spending money to buy PAD.  But we also know that the consumer will spend more to get a cushion system that can help make their carpet look new longer, make it easier to clean and maintain and will eliminate odors caused by spills and pet accidents.

The key is knowing how to make a quick, simple presentation that works.  To make a presentation that gets results without any risk of losing a sale.  We have not only developed this method, but we’ve tested it, and it works!

Later this spring, we will be rolling out an on-line module training program available to all our carpet cushion customers.  This training program will show you how easy it can be to sell better quality, more expensive products even in these difficult times.   Ask your Carpenter District manager how you and your sales people can participate in this program at no cost to you.
