CARPOL® SPA-357

CARPOL® SPA-357 is a sucrose / amine initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of 5.5 and a typical hydroxyl number of 350. This polyol’s functionality and short-chained nature make it optimal for use in rigid foam. In addition, Carpol® SPA-357 contains residual amine and therefore is autocatalytic. Due to this, it allows the formulator to use less catalyst while achieving the same reactivity seen in other neutral rigid polyols.

CARPOL® SPA-530

CARPOL® SPA-530 is a sucrose / amine initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of 5.5 and a typical hydroxyl number of 530. This polyol’s functionality and short-chained nature make it optimal for use in rigid foam. In addition, Carpol® SPA-530 contains residual amine and therefore is autocatalytic. Due to this, it allows the formulator to use less catalyst while achieving the same reactivity seen in other neutral rigid polyols.

CARPOL® TEAP-265

CARPOL® TEAP-265 is a triethanol amine initiated polyether polyol. The resultant material has a nominal functionality of three and a typical hydroxyl number of 635. This polyol’s functionality and short-chained nature make it optimal for use in rigid foam. Primarily used as a rigid polyol modifier, Carpol® TEAP-265 can be used to cut the high viscosity seen with most sucrose based rigid polyols while acting as a good crosslinker. In addition, this polyol contains residual amine which enhances the overall system reactivity.

CARPOL® EDAP-770

CARPOL® EDAP-770 is an ethylene diamine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 770. This tetrol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide and has a mild catalytic nature. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, Carpol® EDAP-770 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.

CARPOL® EDAP-800

CARPOL® EDAP-800 is an ethylene diamine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 800. This tetrol is polymerized with ethylene and propylene oxide and has a mild catalytic nature. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, Carpol® EDAP-800 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.
