Triols

CARPOL® GP-700

CARPOL® GP-700 is a glycerine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 700. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E. and flexible foam, however, Carpol® GP-700 may also be included as component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® GP-725

CARPOL® GP-725 (reactive triol) is a glycerine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 700. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart Carpol® GP-700. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® GP-725 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

CARPOL® GP-1000

CARPOL® GP-1000 is a glycerine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 1000. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® GP-1000 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® GP-3008

CARPOL® GP-3008 is a glycerine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting polyol has a functionality of three and a molecular weight of 3000. This triol is polymerized using both propylene and ethylene oxide. The ethylene oxide is internally located yielding a polyol with controllable reactivity. This polyol is primarily used for flexible slabstock foam, however, it may also be included as a component in RIM products and other specialty formulations and applications.

CARPOL® GP-3510

This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include flexible foam, however, Carpol® GP-5171 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

CARPOL® GP-6015

CARPOL® GP-6015 (reactive triol) is a glycerine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 6000. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., as this polyol has low total unsaturation levels and an anti-oxidant package tailored for this type of market.

CARPOL® GP-6307
