 For the German section, which now has two companies and several locations, this means change management in the acquired plants, including in terms of culture, organization and ERP. In this important phase, we are looking for candidates for the newly created position:

Director, Finance and Controlling Germany

Location : Erfurt or Erfurt (60%)/Duderstadt(40%)

• You are responsible for financial accounting and controlling of the activities of the two group companies in Germany, including monthly and annual reporting as well as the annual financial statements. Total sales are in the three-digit range.
• You optimize the plants’ controlling instruments and also contribute to current change management, especially with regard to the hands-on culture of the new parent company, transparency and overall efficiency.
• You will manage a total of around 14 employees from a technical and disciplinary perspective, including accounting and the respective factory controllers. Your travel share is approx. 25% if you decide to work from Erfurt. It could be more if you work from Duderstadt.
• You are the contact person for auditors and tax auditors etc. and report to the managing director of the two German companies as well as the group’s senior director of controlling EMEA

Your Profile

• You have a Master Degree in Finance and at least 6 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry in relevant roles, including leadership role. Knowledge of US GAAP is nice to have, but not required.
• You stand for open communication, team orientation and transparency, are IT-savvy and have a good basic understanding of technical products
• You speak German and English at a very good level (C1 and better) in oral and written form
• You are based in the Erfurt area or are willing to commute or move there

– Bijhouden van onderhouds- en storingsrapporten.

– Grondige kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en pneumatiek.

– Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen en elektrische schema’s.

Opleidingsniveau

The Account Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, cooperating with manufacturing, identifying new business opportunities and preparing sales reports.

Duties and responsibilities

Carry out sales activities to achieve budget and KPIs.

Job Description

The QA&QC Responsible will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role will drive initiatives to improve and promote a culture of quality, and ensure sustainable environmental practices are embedded into daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, etc.)
• Manage customer complaints and relations
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
• Lead 2 technicians
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive performance improvements to meet or exceed organizational quality objectives
