With Carpenter’s Rely® system, the tyre is protected from any change in pressure or blow out, even under extreme load, meaning safety for machine and workforce is guaranteed.
The Rely® system works by replacing the air inside the tyre with a resilient liquid polyurethane that cures once inside– effectively making it solid. The ride for driver and machine is comparable to that of air-filled tyres. The correct tyre pressure is maintained for the life of the tyre and downtime is eliminated and maximum savings achieved.
Rely® T-25 Flat Proofing Polymer is designed for all purpose industrial, mining and heavy load applications. This polyurethane elastomer is formulated for the most demanding applications where extreme heat and load conditions are factors.
This elastomer is specifically designed to function in tires and can run continually at ≤35 mph or for a 2- hour maximum at 55 mph during an 8-hour shift.
