With Carpenter’s Rely^® system, the tyre is protected from any change in pressure or blow out, even under extreme load, meaning safety for machine and workforce is guaranteed.

The Rely^® system works by replacing the air inside the tyre with a resilient liquid polyurethane that cures once inside– effectively making it solid. The ride for driver and machine is comparable to that of air-filled tyres. The correct tyre pressure is maintained for the life of the tyre and downtime is eliminated and maximum savings achieved.
