James Pearson Corporate
The Corporate Facilities Supervisor, James Pearson, is a Carpenter Hero. James has worked at Carpenter for 33 years. He is dependable, productive, and he keeps a positive attitude no matter what. He has a long list of responsibilities including overseeing the mailroom and ensuring inbound and outbound mail gets to the appropriate place, managing the alarm system and all required building inspections, general maintenance of the corporate offices and keeping office supplies stocked. In addition to his day-to-day duties, James has had two monumental projects over the last two years: coordinating the installation of a sprinkler system throughout the corporate offices and renovating the entire corporate headquarters.
Everyone at corporate knows that they can depend on James for simple requests like ensuring Twizzlers are available in the breakroom and larger requests like coordinating dozens of contractors to maintain and repair our corporate offices. James, we admire all that you do and the pride you take in your work. Thank you!
Bryan Williams Richmond
Bryan Williams is an extremely dedicated employee at Carpenter’s Richmond plant. He comes in each day and works his hardest to contribute to an environment that is continuously improving. Since taking over the manager position in the Traffic Department, he has gone beyond his normal duties. Not only has Bryan been fulfilling the role as manager, but he has also continued to fulfill the duties of dispatcher. Between keeping the trucks rolling, managing the drivers and the docks, putting truck routes together, keeping customers satisfied, and the many other tasks he performs, Bryan is a vital part of what keeps our Richmond plant running. He takes pride in his work during every task he completes. We are so grateful for the example Bryan sets for others and for the way he helps make our team successful!
Joseph Jackson Temple
Joseph Jackson is a team player, and that makes him a Carpenter Hero. He takes initiative each day by helping the team in every area of pouring, and he shows pride in accomplishing all the tasks set before him. His flexibility and the stewardship of his time and energy is invaluable. In addition, Joseph is training some new employees in the areas of flattop and setting up the head and trough in the prime pouring process. It is obvious to all who work with Joseph that he loves what he does and enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge to help others learn. This contributes greatly to our workplace, where we always strive to do our best and improve. Thank you, Joseph, for everything you do!
