Roeselare Pouring Team
The Roeselare Pouring team is filled with heroes. After being introduced to the Value of Order (VOO), they embraced these principles and began a VOO makeover with Koen and Johan in the Maintenance Department. Adopting the Value of Order principles and embracing a culture of working as One Team brought success to the Pouring Department. This led to a new motto being adopted: “Safety is our priority, and excellent foam quality is our standard.” The atmosphere and culture are profound, and we are so grateful for the Roeselare Pouring Team for their continuous improvement.
Janna Reynolds Corporate
Janna is behind the scenes of all of the Corporate communications employees receive from day-to-day and month-to-month. She creates the monthly newsletter and employee breakroom monitor communications, as well as other important notices to keep our employees well informed. Janna has done an excellent job improving our internal communications in the short one year that she has been with Carpenter Co. Thank you, Janna. We appreciate you!
Jody Croft Tupelo
Jody Croft has been a hero in the Traffic Department. After transitioning from his role as a driver into the dispatch role, he has helped to form a stable department that is committed to excellence and continuous improvement. No matter how much change or how many challenges he experienced, Jody navigated it with professionalism. Jody’s efforts to learn and grow with Carpenter shows his embodiment of our core values. He is eager to help his coworkers and maintains great communication with managers, drivers, customer service and HR. We are so grateful to Jody for being such a valuable member of the team!
