Thanks to the commitment of the entire team, the plant achieved the classification of a High-Level Seveso site. Attaining this classification reinforces Roeselare's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. The extensive efforts undertaken by the dedicated team have ensured that our facility meets and exceeds the stringent requirements set forth by the Seveso Directive, which is established by the European Union, and aims to prevent major accidents involving dangerous substances and to limit their consequences for human health and the environment. By achieving the High-Level Seveso site classification, Roeselare joins an exclusive group of facilities recognized for their exceptional safety measures and adherence to regulatory protocols. This certification allows Carpenter Belgium to continue the Tirefill business and to expand the storage of TDI and oil in the future! Congratulations to all the team!
