Wayne Vaughn
A diligent employee at RTC, Wayne Vaughn, recently recognized that something was wrong with a vessel and he communicated with management quickly. A team of RTC technical experts, including Wayne Vaughn, Mike Farmer, Joe Glidewell, Josie Nguyen, Paul Harris, Victoria Simms, and Scott Pugh worked diligently to find a solution. After the vessel was stabilized, many of the members of the RTC including Josie, Paul, Victoria, Mike, Joe, Wayne, Ryan Burbey, Peter Moberg, Taylor Godsey and Patrick Davis worked 24/7 through the weekend to monitor the vessel. Thank you to the entire team for working hard to make sure that the RTC remained safe!
Troy Starkweather
Troy has been with the company since 1986 in Maintenance. For the last 28 years, Troy has been working in the Consumer Molding Department. If he comes into a situation where he isn't sure how to fix it, he will give it his all and try until he gets it correct, and never gives up. Troy is a team player when it comes to his fellow co-workers. He is always willing to train anyone willing to learn. He comes into work daily with a smile on his face, and is always making sure the people around him are smiling. Troy is a model employee for taking pride in his work!
Matthias Mobius
Matthias has taken pride in his work since starting his career at Carpenter 18 years ago. He started working at Carpenter in the Shipping Department and developed over the years to become a Team Lead. Matthias goes above and beyond the call of duty for the company. When a colleague is absent, he steps in and willingly helps others. At the beginning of January, we had a complete power outage at the plant. All employees were sent home, but Matthias stayed and finished loading the trucks that were already in the yard. This commitment is exemplary and sets him apart. We would like to thank Matthias for this extraordinary effort.
Teresa Wallace
Teresa Wallace has been a dedicated employee for the past 41 years. Teresa works in Accounts Payable, takes pride in her work, always asks "WHY" and never accepts "no" from our vendors. Teresa was able to get Carpenter reimbursed over $11,000 in 2022 for charges the company should not have been billed for. It is a pleasure to have an employee like Teresa who is self-managed and ensures that her job is done correctly.
